Running /verify means you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't link an account — nothing else in the Discord server depends on it.
What the service is
Star Cap Bot is a Discord bot for the Roblox College Football League. It links your Discord account to your Roblox account through Roblox's official authorization screen so league staff can confirm that the player in a match is who they claim to be. It also records player star ratings and checks team rosters against the league's roster and star limits.
Eligibility
You need a valid Discord account and a valid Roblox account, and you have to follow both platforms' rules. Using this bot doesn't excuse you from the Discord Terms of Service or the Roblox Terms of Use. Where either conflicts with anything written here, theirs wins.
Link only your own account
By linking, you confirm the Roblox account is yours and under your control. You may not:
- Link a Roblox account belonging to someone else
- Complete the verification flow on another person's behalf
- Use a second Discord or Roblox account to get around a suspension, a roster cap, or a star limit
- Buy, sell, share, or trade access to a verified account
- Attempt to break, flood, or otherwise abuse the bot or the server it runs on
Enforcement
League staff may suspend players, remove them from teams, revoke verification, or block an account from verifying — for playing unverified, falsifying a link, evading roster limits, or breaking league rules.
Verification is a convenience for running the league. It doesn't entitle you to a roster spot, a star rating, a rank, or any other standing.
Availability
The service is free and run by volunteers on modest hosting. It will go down sometimes. Verification may be slow, may fail, or may be unavailable while Roblox's own authorization service is having problems.
The service is provided as is, with no warranty and no uptime guarantee. It may change substantially or shut down at any time. We aren't liable for anything lost because the bot was offline, assigned the wrong role, or stopped working.
Your data
What the bot collects, where it's stored, and how to have it removed is set out in the privacy policy. In short: two ID numbers, your Roblox username, and the league records staff create about you. You can delete your link yourself with /unverify, and see what's held with /viewstarplayer.
No affiliation with Roblox or Discord
Star Cap Bot and the Roblox College Football League are independent. Neither is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes, and getting in touch
These terms can change. The date below shows the last revision, and meaningful changes are announced in the Discord server. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the new version.
